Many people know that the word "tzar/цар" means ruler of a Orthodox Christian country in Eastern Europe, but nobody knows that this is a Bulgarian title for the Bulgarian autocratic rulers.
But first we have to destroy the lie that it comes from the name/title Caesar.
It is know that Caesar was a ruler of Roman empire and after his name the title "caesar" was used and given to many not Roman rulers. One of then is the Bulgarian kan Tervel.
More about the title kan see here:
In 705 Ad year kan Tervel became "caesar/kesar" or in Greek/Hellenic language "Τερβελλιον καισαρος" is pronounced very unique and has nothing close to tzar:
Mention the red marked. First mark is the 4 Greek letters marking
that NONE OF THEM EVEN REMOTELY POSSIBLITY TO BE PRONOUNCED AS "TZAR".
Asa matter OF FACT it is close to the last red mark i.e.
"kissaros/kessaros".
The second red mark i where You can click and hear the correct pronunciation.
Here is the artifact from Tervel the "kesar" as stated on it:
Mention the red marks, THERE IS LETTERS "KCA" NOT "C" NOT "TZ/TS".
As you can see and hear the title "Caesar" is like the Bulgarian "кесар/kesar".
Using Chrome "Translate to English":
We can see that Serbians are correct to say "Kesar".
Also you can see that all countries THAT DID NOT EXISTED NEITHER IN 700 years NEITHER 800 and some like Kieavan Rus are from 900 AD year, all are copying the Greek letters of "καισαρος" and got totally wrong words, disregarding the Greek pronunciation.
Arabs and Hebrew/Israel (Israel was conquered by Rome when Jesus Christ was trying to save them) they got it right:
Mention that Arabians also was existing during Roman empire - they was the traders from India and China - according to ancient writers the trade was at value $1trilion modern day dollars (it was huge trade).
You can also see the Russian/USSR falsification of the history:
So this analysis tell us that those that existed AND DID NOT REPLACED GREEK LETTERS WITH THEM OWN got it right in them language, all the rest did not even care to be accurate.
In reality the first "tzar" in history is "tzar Simeon I" of Bulgaria:
And that is why consecutive rulers was "tzar", also "knyaz/knez" was considered as lower title.
However we cannot miss the most important ancient "tzar":
Mention the marked with red line.
The phonetics are - Nebyo - kadne-zar
Nebyo is Bulgarian "nebe/небе" means "sky"
kadne/chadne - is Bulgarian "chado/чадо/чедо" and it is the same name spelled in English ad "child" means of course child (American English "kid").
For more on that kid/kan and so see my other article:
The word "zzar" on the end is OUR BINGO/BONSAI the first "tzar" in the history.
So in total "Nebuchadnezzar" means IN BULGARIAN :
"Sky child tzar" i.e. the "tzar" is the child from the Sky - which is exactly how the rulers are legitimate.
According to some historians/scientists the "Nebuchadnezzar" was mentioned in the "Namelist of Bulgarian rulers" , see below:
"Namelist of Bulgarian rulers" originates from 7 or 9 century and it was written in old-Bulgarian language using Greek alphabet.
